Description
Infonyte-DB provides a novel, lightweight solution for querying and storing large XML documents and XML document collections. It is based on a persistent implementation of the W3C DOM Level 2 API, and a web-aware query engine supporting XQL, XPath, and XSLT. The lightweight implementation requires only an off-the-shelf Java runtime environment. Having a remarkably small footprint regarding memory, storage, and CPU, it can be deployed on a wide range of hardware platforms and operating systems.
